Summer Enrichment
A special summer enrichment session is held for school-age children for three weeks in June and July. Classes take place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (8:45-12:15 p.m for tutors). Children build math and reading skills while working individually with a volunteer tutor. Students also participate in group activities and journaling classes that inspire stories, poems, plays, and art projects that the children create. The children are given many books to encourage continued reading at home. Summer Tutor Applications are now closed. Check back in the fall for after-school tutoring opportunities!
